For the safety and comfort of all clients, pets are not allowed in the salon unless previously agreed upon.

💳 Payment & Appointment Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Appointments can only be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours is not permitted.

• Failure to show up will be considered a "no-show", resulting in the loss of your deposit.

• Cancellations also result in the loss of your deposit.

🦠 Infections & Health Policy

• If any bacterial or viral infections are detected, the treatment will be discontinued, and you will be referred to a general practitioner.

• By visiting our website and booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our general terms and salon policies.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost.

• Not redeemable for cash.

• Can be used toward any purchase at our salon.
